Even new listing we personal visit to see what stands out, both good and bad. We will highlight the good things and recommend what should be fixed.
We will have professional photos taken of your property to ensure it looks its best in marketing materials.
Your listing will be on the largest real estate site in Spain, Idealista. Other agencies stop there, we don’t. We will send it to our propriety list of buyers and as well as other brokers.
We will show the property as often as needed to get the property sold. We also will encourage potential buyers to submit offers to start a dialogue.
We will help you (and the buyer if needed) navigate all the finer points to ensure the deal gets closed and you get paid.

The first thing is to sign a listing agreement. Then we will help get items fixed if needed, photograph the unit, list it and beginning showing the property all within the first 2 weeks.
The answer depends greatly on the area, the condition of the property, and the price point we set.
Madrid, Barcelona and Alicante
To be the listing agent on a property we charge 3% of the final sales price. We do not charge the buyers to ensure the maximum number of offers.
